The courses usually start at 9am and finish around4pm. The course can last from 1 day up to 5 days or longer, depending on the skill level you require.

Everyone starts from the very basic techniques, teaching up to advanced programs of a foot massage, oil massage or Thai massage.

The courses will teach all ranges of massage methods including

1. Pressing & Squeezing to stimulate energy, relax the tense muscles

    and improve circulation,

2. Circling for massaging the skin, bones and joints,

3. Sliding& Rolling for warming skin before massage,

4. Rotating, Twisting and Cracking for to help and relax all joints,

5. Hitting &chopping for stimulating the skin, balancing the muscles, invigorating the recipient

    and much more!

The price includes lunch:

tea, coffee, drinking water, fruits and round trip transportation from your accommodation.
